Criteria to qualify:

Ambitious, enthusiastic, social people
Dream big, from Flow Dance Instructor to owning your own Flow Dance franchise studio
5+ years of Ballroom & Latin dance experience
No teaching experience required

After we receive your CV and have an initial assessment interview get ready for the exciting stuff:

4 weeks of training including Flow Syllabus and technique, client and system management training and a few other important skills to set you off for a great start as Flow Instructor.
Full-Time dream job teaching group classes, private lessons and social dance nights with remaining 20% of your working hours dedicated to your self-improvement as a dance instructor.
Prepare to earn a commission based salary and many other benefits. Some of our instructors are pulling over £3000.00 a month!
