After years of competitive dancing and training with top teachers, Lena left that world behind. Fuelled by her passion for dancing, she started the Flow Dance Studios together with Carlos, to share her love of dance with others.

Throughout his extensive career as a competitive Ballroom & Latin dancer alongside Lena, Carlos has achieved numerous titles of National and International values, and is now using his experience to grow Flow Dance community.

Dora, a distinguished Canadian-Bulgarian dancer and instructor, boasts an impressive array of accolades on the global dance stage, including runner-up title in the World Championship Showdance/Exhibition and undefeated Canadian Showdance/Exhibition champion alongside a notable track record as a six-time finalist at the Blackpool Dance Festival Invitational, Dora’s expertise shines not only in her own performances but also in her role as an educator.

As a teacher, Dora imparts her extensive knowledge and passion for dance to students ranging from absolute beginners to competitive-level dancers. Her commitment to excellence is evident as her students consistently achieve top-tier results under her guidance, benefitting from her professionalism and expertise cultivated over 15+ years of teaching and choreographing.

Specialising in Showdance and Exhibition, Dora is also recognised as an expert in Conditioning and Flexibility training. Her versatility extends to her role as an instructor in International Ballroom & Latin, American smooth and Rhythm, Salsa and more.

Dancing since the tender age of 7 at Len Goodman’s esteemed dance school in Dartford, Kent, Brad swiftly immersed himself in the competitive realm of Ballroom and Latin dance. His dedication and talent propelled him to top 3 placements in European and National Ballroom and Latin finals, including prestigious events like the Closed British final and Bournemouth Masters finals.

Further honing his craft, Brad pursued formal dance training for 3 years at the renowned Brit School, specialising in Tap, Jazz, Modern, and Contemporary dance styles. Today, Brad shares his expertise as a versatile instructor, offering instruction in a wide array of styles, including International Ballroom and Latin, American Smooth, and Rhythm. Additionally, he showcases his creative flair by choreographing captivating showdance performances.

With years of teaching experience under his belt, Brad’s passion for dance education remains undiminished. He is now embarking on a new journey by expanding into the Flow Dance Team, dedicated to imparting his knowledge and experience to future generations of dancers.

Meet Cezara, a passionate dancer with seven years of professional competition experience and a background in choreography. Having participated in various International Dance Competitions and Camps, she deepened her expertise at the National College of Art, specializing in ballet and contemporary dance. Cezara is eager to share her passion and knowledge, creating meaningful connections through the art of dance!

Meet Mark, a renowned Ballroom & Latin dance instructor with a stellar competitive background. As a finalist in the Russian Championships and a 1st place winner at the Turkish International Tournament in both Latin and Standard dances. He is now looking forward to share his gained experience for anyone who loves to dance.
