Enjoy our unique flexible attendance of Group Classes to suit your work-life balance, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
To book Matinee Dance Socials, select full calendar view for the dates you require. Please note that Social Dances are free for Flow Full Pass holders and Private Lessons & Group Class package members; £20 otherwise. Flow Blasts are £15 online purchase (£20 on the door) for Flow Full Pass holders and Private Lessons & Group Class package members; otherwise tickets are £25.
