Flow With Baby

Calling all new mums! Join us at Flow Dance Nine Elms for a joyful fusion of dance and fitness designed especially for you and your little one.

Designed and led by Raluca, a recent mother who will bring her baby to the classes, making them even more authentic and fun!

Frequently Asked Questions

No dance experience is needed!
Babies from 8 weeks (or 12 weeks post-C-section, with GP approval) up to 2 years are welcome, as long as you’re comfortable carrying them in a sling or carrier. Older toddlers can join in or play alongside.
Absolutely! Our routines are choreographed with postnatal bodies in mind, focusing on gentle movement to improve core strength and posture. Mums should have GP clearance (6–8 weeks postpartum, or 8–10 weeks post-C-section).
Most babies love the music and movement, often falling asleep in the carrier. If your baby cries, it’s no problem—our classes are mum-and-baby-focused, so you can pause to comfort, feed, or change them in a supportive environment.
Wear comfy clothes and shoes suitable for dancing (e.g., trainers). Bring a baby carrier if you have one, or use ours. For older toddlers, bring snacks or a toy to keep them engaged if they’re not dancing.
These classes boost your mood, energy, and confidence while helping you bond with your baby through music and movement. They also offer a chance to meet other mums, fostering community in Nine Elms and Battersea.
Yes, twins and multiples are welcome! You can tandem wear, bring a pushchair, or have an extra person join at no cost (space permitting). Older kids can dance along or play nearby.

A yoga mat as we will use them for exercise and for babies to rest if needed.
