After years of competitive dancing and extensive training with top instructors, Elena transitioned into the business world. Driven by her enduring passion for dance, she co-founded Flow Dance Studios with Carlos, creating a space to share her love of dance and inspire others to experience its beauty and joy.

Throughout his extensive career as a competitive Ballroom & Latin dancer alongside Lena, Carlos has achieved numerous titles of National and International values, and is now using his experience to grow Flow Dance community.

Dora, a distinguished Canadian-Bulgarian dancer and instructor, boasts an impressive array of accolades on the global dance stage, including runner-up title in the World Championship Showdance/Exhibition and undefeated Canadian Showdance/Exhibition champion alongside a notable track record as a six-time finalist at the Blackpool Dance Festival Invitational, Dora’s expertise shines not only in her own performances but also in her role as an educator.

As a teacher, Dora imparts her extensive knowledge and passion for dance to students ranging from absolute beginners to competitive-level dancers. Her commitment to excellence is evident as her students consistently achieve top-tier results under her guidance, benefitting from her professionalism and expertise cultivated over 15+ years of teaching and choreographing.

Specialising in Showdance and Exhibition, Dora is also recognised as an expert in Conditioning and Flexibility training. Her versatility extends to her role as an instructor in International Ballroom & Latin, American smooth and Rhythm, Salsa and more.

Meet Jan – a seasoned Ballroom & Latin dancer and active competitor with over 10 years of experience! Jan’s impressive accomplishments include titles such as UK Open 10 Dance Champion and UK Closed Youth Latin Finalist. We are excited to have him share his skills and expertise at the Flow Dance community inspiring dancers of all levels.

Meet Mark, a renowned Ballroom & Latin dance instructor with a stellar competitive background. As a finalist in many Championships and a 1st place winner at the Turkish International Tournament in both Latin and Standard dances. He is now looking forward to share his gained experience for anyone who loves to dance.

Meet Nikita, he has been dancing competitively since the age of six, focusing both on Latin and Ballroom before dedicating himself fully to Ballroom. He is an expert in all ten dance styles and, with his partner, has reached the finals of the Swedish Open and World Under 21 Championships, and placed in the top 24 at both the European Championship and Blackpool. They’ve also been finalists in several major British national competitions. Available for private lessons.

Meet Andrey! He fell in love with Ballroom and Latin dancing at the age of 4 and hasn’t stopped since. With years of experience on the competition floor and in the studio, he brings energy, precision, and creativity into every lesson. His classes are all about helping you grow – whether you’re learning your first steps or chasing a place on the podium. Known for his positive vibe and personal approach, Andrew makes sure every dancer feels confident, inspired, and excited to dance.
